Thinking about an institution in the Civil Laws

Abstract

In reality of resolving civil cases, the courts meet difficulties in resolving the requests to declare missing, or death to the wanted person. In this article, the author analyzes the involving provisions, points out the reasons and suggests the solutions to the above-mentioned problems for the courts.
