Innovation of teaching and evaluation in the orientation of learners’ language capacity development at Phu Yen University

Abstract

 This article reviews the results and analyzes the shortcomings in the implementation of foreign language education in PYU, then proposes a number of solutions in organizing foreign language teaching and evaluation towards the development of learners’ capacity in the current context of PYU.
