Re-structuring state - owned enterprises - from the view of legislation

Abstract

State-owned enterprises are the major forces of our economy. Although there are still many limitations in their manufacturing and trading activities, our Party and Government still continue to pay very special attention to them due to their important roles, particularly in the field of building the legal frame. In this article, the author analyses the regulations regarding re-structuring the state-owned enterprises, pointing out some deficiencies in these regulations, then proposing some basic legal solutions contributing in promoting the effectiveness in re-structuring the state - owned enterprises.
