A research on applying Kirkpatrick's model to assessing the effectiveness of teacher training at Phu Yen University

Abstract

This article introduces Kirkpatrick's model on training assessment and recommends applying this assessment model to the evaluation of training teachers at Phu Yen University, aiming to improve the quality of teacher training to meet the requirements of education renovation nowadays.
