Propaganda and education to raise awareness of the sovereignty of the sea and island in Vietnam of Academy of Politics Region III

Abstract

Propaganda and education of the sovereignty of the sea and islands in Vietnam is one of the most important tasks to create a full and proper awareness among the people and international friends about Vietnam's sovereignty over the Paracel archipelago and Spratly archipelago. Moreover, resolving the disagreements and disputes about the sovereignty with peaceful means must be based on the International Law by making the most of the consensus and the support of the international community and press. As a result, it contributes to strengthen our unity, solidarity and mutual trust of the people from the countries in the region and the world, including the Chinese people. The article contributes some information to clarify the current situation and proposes a number of solutions to enhance the effectiveness of propaganda and education of the sea and islands sovereignty at Academy of Politics Region III in the new period.
