Abstract

Archeological criticism was born in the mid-twentieth century and became a new literary approach. Applying archetypal criticism theory to decipher literary works to realize: the profound value of the work, imprints of the past in today's literature. In this article, we go into understanding some forms of the Water archetype in a number of short stories written about the southwestern border war and decipher them based on the archetypal critical theory of Carl Gustav Jung.
