Evaluation of the current state of professional endurance of male football intensive students at University of Sports Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

Based on summarizing and analyzing documents, together with experts’ opinions referencing, the authors identified 06 reliable and appropriate tests for evaluating professional endurance for male students in football at the University of Sport Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The initial test results show that the professional endurance of male students is steadily increasing from the first to the fourth year.

This study expects to contribute to the innovation of teaching and learning as well as the assessment of professional endurance of football-intensive students at the University of Sports Ho Chi Minh City;
