Some theoretical and practical issues on solutions to strengthen the implementation of policies to support digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract

Digital transformation has been changing all aspects of social and cultural life, production and business methods of Vietnamese enterprises. This has set a requirement for businesses in Vietnam to quickly and synchronously apply digital transformation solutions to change production and business methods in line with global changes and Vietnamese society. Our Party and State have issued many policies to quickly promote the digital transformation process as well as support Vietnamese businesses to implement digital transformation methodically and effectively. However, due to many objective and subjective factors, the implementation still has many problems. On the basis of an overview of documents and practical experience. This article discusses some theoretical and practical issues about solutions to implement policies to support digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam.
