Strengthening digital skills training for the workforce in Vietnam

Abstract

In the current digital age, training and developing digital skills for workers is becoming increasingly necessary. This helps workers update their knowledge, improve their qualifications, increase personal labor productivity as well as social labor productivity. This is an urgent stage to train and develop digital resources to meet the needs of businesses as well as agencies and sectors. The article reflects the current digital skills status of the Vietnamese workforce and proposes some solutions to enhance digital skills training for the workforce in Vietnam.
