Addressing employment for rural labor in Hai Duong today

Abstract

Hai Duong, in the process of development, has achieved significant economic accomplishments, contributing greatly to job creation for rural labor. However, with the development of the 4.0 industrial revolution, the trend of shifting the economic sector structure is becoming increasingly strong, having a significant impact on job creation for rural workers. Based on that trend, using secondary data from the General Statistics Office and the Hai Duong Statistics Department, through statistical methods, synthesis, and analysis, an article evaluating the achievements and limitations in addressing employment for rural labor; propose some open-ended solutions for addressing employment issues for rural labor to promote rapid and sustainable development in Hai Duong.
