Guiding views of the Communist Party of Vietnam on promoting digital transformation in the process of industrialization and modernization of the country

Abstract

Currently, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is taking place strongly around the world, it is gradually ingrained in all areas of social life and opens up many trends and development opportunities for all. all fields: economics, politics, culture, society... Faced with that reality, the Communist Party of Vietnam has actively directed all levels and sectors to promote the application and development of science and technology. technology and innovation, implementing the process of industrialization and modernization associated with digital transformation in order to soon become a modern industrialized country. To successfully carry out this particularly important task, the Party focuses on directing the development of digital government, digital economy, digital society and orienting and directing digital transformation in industries and fields: economy, culture, etc. culture and society of the country. In the article, the author focuses on analyzing the general guiding viewpoints and specific guiding viewpoints for each field of the Communist Party of Vietnam on digital transformation. From there, propose solutions for digital transformation in the process of industrialization and modernization in our country today
