Building a cultural environment in Hai Duong province today

Abstract

In recent decades, the cultural environment has become the basic criterion and condition for assessing progressive and sustainable development. The failure of many countries due to the separation of culture from economic development, disregarding the role of the cultural environment has led to serious instability in socio-political life, the crisis economics and the alienation of human personality. This article comes from the theoretical issues of building a cultural environment under the influence of the industrial revolution 4.0 using secondary data sources from the General Statistics Office, Hai Duong Provincial Statistical Office published in recent years. By the methods of statistics, synthesis, ect…the author has made certain assessments about the achievements and limitations in building a cultural environment in Hai Duong province in recent years, from which the author proposes some suggestive solutions to develop the cultural environment of Hai Duong province in the future.
