Designing Environment Parameter Measurement Device for Agricultural Applications Using Embedded ARM and LoRa Communication Technology
Keywords:
Abstract
This study presents a design and implementation result of a device for measuring environment parameters, targetted for applications in agriculture. The device is based on an ARM microprocessor and LoRa wireless technology. The aim of the study is to develop an automatic environmental monitoring system that collects and transmits environmental data from agricultural areas to a control center without the need for wired connections. The device from the research is capable of measuring parameters such as temperature, humidity, light, and soil pH. The ARM microprocessor is used to process signals and control sensors, while LoRa technology enables data transmission over long distances with low energy consumption. The system can operate in harsh agricultural environments and provide real-time information on environmental conditions. Experimental results show that the device operates stably and with high accuracy. The study also suggests design improvements to optimize performance and expand the system’s application in smart agriculture.
