Abstract

This study presents a dynamic and structural analysis (stress, deformation, safety factor) of an industrial vibrating sieve using the Boundary Element Method (BEM) and numerical simulation via SimSolid software. The analysis identified the sieve's natural frequency (21.699 Hz) and optimal operating speed (1302 rpm). Simulation results under various loading conditions (corresponding to different sieved materials) show stable structural performance, with stress (σmax ≈ 138 MPa) and deformation (∆max ≈ 0.06mm) within allowable limits, and a minimum safety factor of 1.25 achieved. This research provides valuable scientific data, confirms the effectiveness of the BEM/SimSolid approach, and supports the design optimization of vibrating sieves.
