Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, improving digital capacity for university lecturers is an urgent task to meet the requirements of modern education. Digital capacity is not only the ability to use technology but also includes the ability to exploit, create digital content, manage data and secure information. In addition to the achievements such as the ability to proficiently use online teaching tools, exploit digital learning materials and apply technology to lectures, lecturers still have some limitations, especially in creating digital content, managing and analyzing learning data as well as ensuring information security. In order to improve digital capacity for lecturers, the article proposes solutions such as raising awareness of digital transformation, organizing training, investing in technology infrastructure and building a digital capacity framework. Universities synchronously deploy these solutions to help lecturers adapt to the modern educational environment, improve teaching quality and train human resources to meet the requirements of the digital economy.
