Cultural Enjoyment in Vietnam: Some Findings from Quantitative Research

Abstract

Improving people’s cultural life and overcoming the gap in the level of development and cultural enjoyment among regions nationwide, among others, is a goal of the country’s cultural revival. To provide theoretical and practical bases for measuring and evaluating cultural enjoyment, this study applies the cultural enjoyment assessment framework in a number of countries to its survey results in several localities in an attempt to evaluate cultural enjoyment in Vietnam. The research results show that although the level of cultural enjoyment in Vietnam is improving day by day, the gap between population groups in cultural enjoyment still needs further clarification and resolution.
