Abstract

Democratic centralism is the basic principle in the organization and operation of the Communist Party of Vietnam. To protect the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam, each civil servant and party member needs to be properly aware of this principle and improve their ability to identify and fight against all distortions and denials of the principle by hostile forces; thereby contributing to building a pure and strong Party, leading the country to overcome challenges in the new situation, successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
