Abstract

State responsibility in international law is determined when a state commits an international wrong doing and must bear the consequences arising from it. Despite of its significance in international law, it’s not easy to codify and fully identify it. This article discusses the concept, basis and content of international legal responsibility of a state as well as the relationship between state responsibility and individual responsibility
