Abstract

Quang Ninh province possesses a rich cultural heritage with diverse forms of heritage and a system of over 600 historical and cultural relics distributed throughout the province. Looking back at the province's cultural journey within the national cultural history, Quang Ninh has clearly recognized and identified its unique and richly traditional culture. Over generations, the people of Quang Ninh have accumulated, converged, and always strived for perfection in character with many admirable qualities. The culture and people of Quang Ninh are a solid spiritual foundation, an endogenous resource, and an important driving force for the province's rapid and sustainable development. These factors form the fundamental basis for Quang Ninh province to exploit and promote the value of its heritage to meet the requirements of rapid, sustainable development and high-quality tourism.
