Abstract

The article analyzes Ho Chi Minh's thought on the moral principles of “Be grateful for what you have” and “Gratitude is the sign of noble souls”, as well as the profound influence of these ideas on the formation and improvement of legal policies for those who rendered meritorious services to the revolution in Vietnam. The article also highlights the achievements and limitations of these policies and proposes solutions to enhance their effectiveness, ensuring humanistic values and social justice in the coming time.
