Law on persons with disability’s right in Vietnam nowaday: reality and solution to improve

Abstract

Right of the disability is not the own consideration of country in individually. Respect and protect the right of the disability brings the meanings of morality, charity, and economy, society and justice as well. The content of the written analyzes the law in practice on the right of the disability in Vietnam nowadays on civilian, economy, politics, society and culture media; highlight the advantages, basic limitation and the reason of those advantages and limitations; Based on that, suggest some solutions to fulfill the law on rights of the disability in Vietnam currently.
