US-China Trade War and its Challenges for Vietnam

Abstract

The US-China trade war has made relations between the two countries undergo the most difficult period in the past 40 years. It not only affects the growth of the world's two largest economies but also that of the world economy. The paper presents and analyzes short-term, medium-term and long-term goals of the United States for China in line with China's response. Some initial conclusions are drawn thereby.
