Abstract

The Covid-19 epidemic has increased the awareness of enterprises in general and small and medium-sized enterprises in particular about digital transformation. Digital technologies have been most applied in management, logistics, marketing, and payment while less than adequate in production, which is the core activity of Vietnamese enterprises. Facing the unpredictable course of Covid-19, the digital transformation capacity of enterprises has been improved, however rather limited. The government should facilitate the digital transformation of firms by offering them more support in reducing costs and in establishing information infrastructure and information security.
