Abstract

Information is crucial in all sectors, particularly data concerning land parcels, which holds significant value across various levels and industries. Currently, our country's cadastral maps and database rely on sheet numbers and plot numbers for management, retrieval, utilization, and updates. However, this method is outdated and unsuitable for the era of 4.0 technology and the digital transformation trend. To streamline land management and database construction, the Census method introduces the creation of IDs for land parcels, houses, and other assets linked to land, irrespective of changes in map sheets, scale adjustments, or administrative boundary mergers. The process of assigning a unique ID to a land parcel based on its center coordinates is intricately linked to pinpointing the center of the land parcel. This approach enables the establishment of a distinct ID number that remains exclusive throughout Vietnam's territory, corresponding to an object managed by a Certificate in the geographical database and directly overseeing that specific object. By simply inputting the object's ID, users can access, utilize, and update the object's information within the nationwide land database. To facilitate modern and convenient management in geodatabase construction, operation, and retrieval, it is essential to implement barcoding for ID numbers assigned to land parcels, houses, and other assets associated with land. Additionally, these ID numbers and barcodes should be visibly displayed on the map.
