Study on building a land price database in Hoa Hieu Ward, Thai Hoa Town, Nghe An Province

Abstract

Building a land price database is the foundation for improving the land database and creating a multi-purpose land database. The construction of land databases in general, and specifically the land price database, is one of the fundamental tasks of the information technology development strategy in land management. This article introduces some methods for constructing a land price database in Hoa Hieu Ward, Thai Hoa Town, Nghe An Province, and the theoretical basis for researching the construction of land price databases in the locality. The research results indicate that the application of Giadat Desktop in building the land price database plays an important role in the land database and contributes to further improving the land information system. Acquiring property information about land prices based on the cadastral spatial data will support financial management regarding land effectively down to each plot, while also contributing to increasing transparency in real estate transactions.
