Abstract
The retrieval of land compensation and clearance information via online maps plays an important role in land management and supports the sustainable development of land resources. This is especially relevant in the context of the current digital transformation trend. Compensation information is visualized on a compensation value map by determining the spatial extent of land acquisition and calculating compensation amounts through the development of an automated tool using the Model Builder in ArcGIS Pro software. At the same time, a WebGIS system was developed to provide compensation information for a rural road in Go Xoai Hamlet, Son Qui Ward, Dong Thap Province. This system uses open-source technology, including GeoServer combined with the PostgreSQL database management system, to effectively store and manage geospatial data. Experimental results show that compensation information is displayed visually on both maps and the WebGIS platform, allowing users to query existing data such as: compensation value, landowner name, land type, compensation area, and other related details. Accordingly, the WebGIS system demonstrates feasibility and transparency in information disclosure, contributing to effective support for both local residents and government agencies in the land clearance and compensation process.
