Alongside regulations on obligations, inheritance law provides for the rights of the inheritance administrator, including the right to remuneration and reimbursement for inheritance preservation costs. However, current legislation lacks specific criteria and conditions for determining remuneration levels and deductible administrative expenses. Consequently, when disputes arise, judicial outcomes are occasionally inconsistent and fail to ensure equity. This article analyzes the limitations of the law concerning inheritance preservation costs, clarifies obstacles arising from judicial practice, and proposes recommendations for improvement.
