In this paper, to determine the storage capacity, groundwater level variations, and seepage velocity during groundwater exploitation in Kon Tum City; the authors rely on collected data and develop a computational program based on the Galerkin finite element method to solve the differential equation for two-dimensional unsteady seepage flow. This serves as the basis for predicting changes in groundwater levels and seepage velocity in the soil under different groundwater exploitation scenarios.
