Abstract
In 2022, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1045/QD-UBND dated March 25, 2022 on approving the master plan of urban zoning of Red River at the scale of 1/5000. The government, people, and international social organizations and businesses hope to leave their mark: the Red River Miracle. Dong Du River - Bat Trang (R5-N1) area with its scale and nature plays a core role in maintaining and developing traditional residential areas and villages associated with the functional spaces of the city area to form the North River Red tourism axis.
