Abstract
Overflow bridge is a road structure that allows water to drainage its surface during the rainy season. It may be unsafe for people and vehicles to cross the overflow bridge. Using an experimental research method, this paper shows the safety flow threshold for pedestrians crossing the overflow bridge in surmerged flow condition.
