Abstract
Inland traffic is an important infrastructure element in the agricultural production inland area called regional and plot borders. In the past, IWT mainly served farming, the image was often associated with in-field irrigation systems such as bridges, culverts, irrigation canals, etc. Currently, IRR is having many changes with diverse uses for production, transportation, tourism, religion,... which we often encounter in suburban communes that are strongly affected by urbanization such as the suburbs of Hanoi. Currently, the IWT system space has not been studied much in the New Rural Construction Planning. This article raises some current issues, and from there proposes appropriate viewpoints.
