Health Network in Health Care of Cong and Si La People in Lai Chau Province (Case Study in Two Districts of Muong Te and Nam Nhun).

Abstract

Based on the field survey conducted in Nam Khao and Can Ho communes of Muong Te district and Nam Cha commune of Nam Nhun district, Lai Chau province, the article indicates the advantages and disadvantages of health network in current healthcare among the Cong and Si La peoples. The development of healthcare network has given local people more opportunities to get medical care and improve the quality of their health care. However, the people also still have been facing many difficulties in accessing health facilities such as geographic distance, roads, limited finance, lack of knowledge of diseases, limitation of professional standard of health staff, etc.
