Abstract

The world is currently undergoing significant changes across various fields, including politics, economics, culture, society, science, and technology. Notably, there has been an increase in regional conflicts, competition for power among major nations, and a reshaping of the global order. In this context, strong international cooperation is essential. To protect its national interests and enhance its international status, Vietnam must focus on promoting multilateral diplomacy, modernizing its national defense, investing in education and technology, and developing a sustainable economy.
