Abstract

The article presents the process of calculating, designing and simulating details of car rims made of aluminum alloy. The finite element method is used to analyze the static strength, stress and deformation of the rim under the working load. The 3D model is built on NX software and simulated on Abaqus to evaluate the load-bearing capacity and optimize the design. The results show that the aluminum alloy rim meets the mechanical requirements well, and opens up directions for improvement in material selection and modern rim design.
