Tax procedural violations: fines up to 200 million

Abstract

The Government issued Decree No. 129/2013 / ND-CP on sanctioning of administrative violations of tax and enforcement of tax administrative decisions, with a maximum fine of 200 million to organizations with violations of tax procedures.
