Abstract

Implementing the guidance of Prime Minister taih Notification No. 5401 / General Science dated 03/7/2013 VPCP- of pjur's Office, Ministry of Industry and Trade is in coordination with the relevant authorities to urgently complete a draft decree to replace Decree 84 / ND-CP on oil trading to the Government in January 9/2013. Which will resolve the conflict between the interests threes State  - business - consumers.
