Abstract

According to Decision 1177 / QD-VINACOMIN on dissolution Coal Company Limited Reunification - Vinacomin and Decision 1173 / QD-VINACOMIN on the establishment of branches Group CN Coal - Minerals of Vietnam - Thong Nhat Coal Company TKV, starting 01/8/2013, Thong Nhat Coal company Limited -Vinacomin (subsidiaries by the Group CN Coal - Minerals of Vietnam that owns 100% of charter capital) will be dissolved and the establishment of Chi CN Coal Group subsidiary - minerals of Vietnam - Thong Nhat Coal company - TKV.
