$ 97 million to upgrade Highway 217 through Thanh Hoa

Abstract

Upgrading Project communication network expanded Mekong Subregion (GMS) Northern 2nd - upgrade 88 km from Highway 217 to Ha Trung Na Mèo, Thanh Hoa province; Phase 1 worth 97.4 million dollars. Project by Project Management Unit 1 (PMU1) as an investor and will be completed in early 2016. The Highway 217 - Vietnam Thanh Hoa province cornering and road sections 6, 6A, 6B - Hua Phan province of Laos under the GMS northeastern corridor will connect northeastern north Vietnam and Laos with access to the sea in Thanh Hoa.
