Safety is the number one priority of nuclear power

Abstract

Safety of nuclear power plants is a leading concern not only to the public but primarily for those individuals and agencies involved in this work. After the incident at Three Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima I most recently, the issue of safety of nuclear power plants was especially interested in public opinion. Vietnam's nuclear power safety can only be guaranteed through the full implementation, rigorous, regular, timely and systematic measures necessary to ensure safety, including the quality of human resources who is the center and safety culture is the dominant factor for decision.
