Directive 23: "Rod" active management of temporary import for re-export

Abstract

By checking the field as well as listening to feedback from local businesses, the Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed some solutions to remove difficulties for temporary import for re-export towards promoting the advantages of Vietnam - "gate" between ASEAN and China and to ensure effective state management.
