Abstract

Dated 22.09.1998 marked an important event for those who work in construction industry in Vietnam, it's Decision No. 63 / QD-BCN of the Ministry of Industry established the Corporation of shares of industrial construction Vietnam (VINAINCON), to meet the timely needs professional forces to engage directly construction works and the country's major industry.
