Abstract

To maintain the position of a rice export powerhouse, capable heavily involved in regulating the price of rice traded on international markets, bringing Lui largest national interests, Thailand has three choices: productivity and quality and productivity combined-quality, while Vietnam only a single option, which is to enhance the quality of export grain.
