Administrative violations in industrial property to 500 million penalty

Abstract

This is the penalty prescribed in Decree No. 99/2013/ND-CP dated 29/08/2013 of the Government on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of industrial property. Accordingly, the maximum fine applicable to the administrative violations in the field of industrial property of the individual is 250 million; for the same violation, the fine level for organizations 2x and a maximum of 500 million.
