Abstract

Bac Giang is a mountainous province, with 6 mountainous districts and 1 poor upland subject suspensions 30a, over 80% of the population living in rural areas, nearly 65% of employees working in the agricultural sector. An agricultural province, from a low base, the infrastructure is limited, but in recent years, the province's agricultural extension have been many breakthroughs, promote local strengths to create positive change in rural industrial development, stable employment and improve incomes for workers.
