Some problems of measurement margin on intangible assets

Abstract

Currently the value of many companies on the market formed mainly from intangible capital such as knowledge, relationships, reputation ... was created by a team of talented people working for businesses . Therefore, enterprises need to apply the new measure to assess the contribution of human resources to the operating results of the business.
