Assess the level of job satisfaction in Nghe An Electricity Corporation

Abstract

Objectives of the study to determine the factors that affect the job satisfaction of employees in Nghe An Electricity Company. Data was collected through questions answered by 220 employees, which is then processed by SPSS 16.0 statistical software, as measured by the coefficient of reliability Cronbachs alpha, factor analysis method EFA and regression analysis.
