In this article the subject of Juvenile workers in labor relations is compared to their legal capacity in other legal relations in the Vietnamese legal system. It is also fully consistent with international labor best practices; especially since Vietnam officially joined the International Labor Organization (ILO) in 1992. The endorsements of some conventions belonging to the organization, related to labor in general and child labor in particular, have made an important contribution to perfecting the legal basis to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of juvenile workers. Vietnam has made great efforts to establish its commitment to human rights in labor relations, as well as gradually including them in the labor law. However, there are still violations of juvenile workers' rights in reality, which leads to the fact that the legitimate rights and interests of juvenile workers are not guaranteed. Through this article, the author aims to contribute to the completion of the theoretical and practical issues of juvenile workers’ legal rights in our country in the coming time.
