Keywords
Abstract
The industrialisation and modernisation in Vietnam in recent years have created conditions for the development of many industrial parks and new industries, attracting an abundant labour force, including ethnic minority workers. However, ethnic minority workers still face particular difficulties in terms of education levels and professional skills, leading to limited access to high-quality and high-income jobs. Based on field research, this article clarifies the current situation of ethnic minority labour resources in some industrial parks in Bac Ninh province, thereby proposing recommendations to improve the quality of ethnic minority human resources in Vietnam during the process of integration and development.
