Improving the law on labor and employment according to the requirements of integration and the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

International integration and the 4.0 Industrial Revolution have had and will continue to have profound and comprehensive impacts on human society in general, and on our country in particular. These changes have brought many opportunities to our nation, but also posed numerous challenges in terms of development across all sectors, especially labour and employment. Recognising this, the Government has implemented many policies, guidelines, and laws to proactively engage in the integration and development process. However, there are still many issues in labour and employment law that need further research and improvement as part of the ongoing reform and development process.
