Abstract
Vietnam develops a multi-sector economy, including the private economy. In addition to the advantages and positives that the private economy brings, the private economy also has negative signs and limitations. One of those negatives and limitations is the emergence and development of corrupt behaviors. Vietnam has issued many legal documents to prevent and combat corruption in general and corruption in non-state enterprises in particular. However, this study only presents the provisions of labor law that play a role in preventing and combating corrupt behaviors in non-state enterprises in Vietnam today.
